IBC LINE WATER TANK

I purchased a reconditioned IBC water cube for my Business, when it turned up to site it literally looked like they had picked it up from the former owner and brought it straight to me!
The metal cage was rusty and corroded and in the tank itself there was a yellow liquid / chemicals left in the bottom of it - It was far from being reconditioned.
When I challenged this with Frogchem they told me that they did not have any other cubes to swap this with and offered me a £30 discount to keep it which I did not agree to and asked them to come and collect it.
I went online and purchased a brand new cube from Kingfishers, 5 minutes after the purchase I got a call back from Frogchem saying that they have "just found another cube" - It felt to me like they were trying to call a bluff that wasn't there to call!
