The Coveva water recycling plant is fully automatic using a high quality filtration design for use in the car wash industry.
The waste water from the car wash interceptor is pumped into the first resting 1000 litre settling tank with silt sinking to the bottom. Between the interceptor
and resting tank, Flocculant is dispensed automatically into the waste water before entering the resting tank, completing its function of removing
the vast majority of bacteria, viruses and protozoa- even in liquids in high turbidity.
The waste water is pumped using a filter protected pump from the resting tanks into the Filtration system. The four stages of filtration include stage 1-50
micron filter, stage 2-polishing filter, stage 3-organic filter (specially designed to remove turbidity and algae) and stage 4- 1 micron particular filter. There
is an optional UV light if requested.
The water is used for vehicle prewash only. For a final rinse fresh water is used to ensure no remnants of recycled water is left on the car.
All recycling systems will be built according to the site demand.

I purchased a reconditioned IBC water cube for my Business, when it turned up to site it literally looked like they had picked it up from the former owner and brought it straight to me! The metal cage was rusty and corroded and in the tank itself there was a yellow liquid / chemicals left in the bottom of it - It was far from being reconditioned. When I challenged this with Frogchem they told me that they did not have any other cubes to swap this with and offered me a £30 discount to keep it which I did not agree to and asked them to come and collect it. I went online and purchased a brand new cube from Kingfishers, 5 minutes after the purchase I got a call back from Frogchem saying that they have "just found another cube" - It felt to me like they were trying to call a bluff that wasn't there to call!
