Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at wash@frogchem.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Frogchem Ltd, Unit 2-9 Venture Park, Fareham Rd, Gosport, PO13 0BA. 
In any cases, the return must be sent by the buyer with a clear return label attached. We will only accept the item if it has been agreed beforehand that the refund will be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving the item and contact us immediately if it is damaged or you have received the wrong item- so that we can evaluate the issue and find a resolution.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
 
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get you a smooth return process is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You have the right to cancel or return your order as per standard European return conditions. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Refunds and Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If the Buyer no longer wants the goods or is not satisfied with the goods due to no fault with the product within 48 hours- i.e. does not like colour, style, no longer needs the item etc. and requests a refund the Buyer is subject to a 20% handling fee of the original sale price.

Shipping policy

1. All our delivery charges are for a 1-3 working day delivery service (excluding Small parts orders) to UK mainland addresses
2. We cannot make a delivery without a full postcode. 
3. A telephone number is required by the courier company in case of any problems arising in reaching the delivery destination. (Check our privacy policy regarding "contact") 
4. A specific time cannot be given for any delivery, but you can specify the day you require it. 
5. All deliveries must be signed for at the destination address. 
6. All deliveries are made Monday to Friday. excluding public holidays. 
7. Please contact us, should you require delivery on a Saturday. 
8. All delivery charges include vat at the current rate of 20% & subject to change, should the current rate being changed. 
9. Coveva Ltd / Frogchem Ltd cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, delays by courier, road traffic, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, acts of god etc. 
10. To save delivery costs, you can collect from our warehouse or pre-order and collect at a show that we may be attending. though, at present, this would only apply to orders under the value of £150.00. *No further discounts are available for collection of orders over the value of £150.00.*
11.  Small orders below the value of £150.00 will incur a delivery charge amount to be confirmed at time of order.
12. Delivery is currently included for all orders over £150.00. Certain products are excluded from this please contact the office 01372 377400 for details.
13. All orders must be received before 3pm to ensure dispatch that day.
14. Minimum order value of £150 for free delivery on boxed items. Please note hazardous goods for transport, 200ltr drums and orders weighing more than 100kg are subject to minimum order regulations due to transport restrictions.  Orders with a quantity of only one 200ltr drum will incur a delivery charge.  Orders which include hazardous goods and do not meet the minimum delivery requirements will also incur a delivery charge.
15. Coveva Ltd reserve the right to alter the delivery policy as & when necessary.

The review coupon is only valid for orders of £500 or more. 

The review coupon is valid for 90 days.
